The frame of the bench is adequately made and by itself will last forever. The seating panels will certainly not bear the rated weight of 300 lbs and will start sagging and cracking within days of at most 20 minutes of daily usage. That is happening even with my weight of about only 105 lbs. Carex needs to source a much stronger seat panels material and also sell them separately in 3 panel packs so the whole aluminum frame does not have to be disposed off as metal waste just because of insufficiently strong seating panels. The panels are a bit too short lengthwise that makes for a slightly insufficient seating area. There should be a larger gap between the panels so as to allow a length of the bottom of a shower curtain to be easly inserted/pulled down between them to form a waterproof barrier between the tub and the floor. That one feature is conspicuosly absent in the all plastic bench made by Carex. Surely you would not want water spilling all over a bathroom floor outside of the bathtub. The Cardinal Health ZCHSBH06 now the CBA50300 & the bench made by Body Med ZZRBEN01 are examples that address the shortcomings in the Carex Classics bench
Over the years I have had TENS sessions at physiotherapy and it was time to get my own machine, particularly for the onset of a back pain episode when no physio appointment was immediately available. I am very pleased with the TENS 7000.
