Order Information

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order.  Shipping and tracking information will be sent at the time of invoicing.  Please contact customer service with any order or shipping questions.

Minimum Order

Minimum order is $35. For orders under $35, a $10 handling fee will be applied.

Forms of Payment

Carex Health Brands accepts Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®.

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are subject to shipping charges.

Carex Health Brands ships from multiple locations depending on the product make-up of your order and the final destination.   Please see below for a general outline of how our products are shipped. For further shipping inquiries, please contact our Customer Service at 800-526-8051.

Apex®: All Apex® orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse located in the following location:

Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Carex®/Bed Buddy®: Depending on your location, Carex® and Bed Buddy® products will ship from one of the locations listed below.

West Coast Orders: Sparks, NV

East Coast Orders: Lemoyne, PA

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Note that all products on one order may not be shipped at the same time or from the same location.

Return Goods Policy

Please do not accept damaged cartons. If you receive a shipment with damaged cartons, refuse delivery (noting the reason for refusal) and immediately contact customer service at 800-526-8051. All other returns must be authorized by Carex Health Brands in advance and can be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special orders, disposable and discontinued merchandise cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable. Returns will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit only.   

All returns must be pre-authorized and have a return authorization number (provided by Carex Health Brands) affixed to each carton and be returned freight prepaid. Without this number, return shipments will be refused. Merchandise must be returned no later than 30 days from the date the RA# was issued and must be returned in an unused and sellable condition.*

Other returns, if accepted, may be subject to higher restocking charges. All shipping shortages must be claimed within 5 days of your receipt date.  

*Carex Health Brands will only pay shipping charges on returns that are pre-authorized for shipping by Carex Health Brands.
